About the practice
What does “cash-based” or “direct care” mean?
We don’t bill insurance. That frees us from insurance rules and rushed visits, so we can offer longer appointments, advanced testing, and truly personalized plans. We’re transparent about costs up front.
Do you take my insurance?
We’re an out-of-network, cash-based practice. Some patients submit superbills to their insurance for possible partial reimbursement, but payment is made directly to True You.
Where are you located?
We’re at 904 Princess Anne St, Suite 207 in historic downtown Fredericksburg, VA. We see patients from across the region — Spotsylvania, Stafford, Quantico, Richmond, and Northern Virginia.

Do you offer virtual visits?
Many follow-ups and coaching touchpoints can be handled virtually. Your first visit and certain testing are done in person. Ask us during your consultation.
